Another evening photograph for you, this time of the Old Bridge in Ayr. This is just upstream from the New Bridge which, as you might guess, isn't that new.

Lovely shot - I like the reflections.
nice - I wish i could master my digital camera to take shots at night and get the same clarity of picture and light etc... or does it take special skill?
You use flash? or a tripod? Very good anyway!
My camera has a 'night flash' setting - it doesn't really do anything with the flash for distance shots, but it does alter the exposure setting to allow for the low ambient light.
Allied to that was the fact my camera was resting on a wall - simple as that.
