What sweet little birds! They look a bit similar to our Goldfinches, don't they?
The birds were feeding like mad today at the feeder. Perhaps they caught wind of the weather forecast?
my birdies were going mad too yesterday - had six in the bush at one time including at least a couple of robins.

If it hadn't been for the size, I might have guessed there was an audition for a new film of 'The Birds'. The branches of our tree were laden with birds at one point.
Katya, Our guests are eating fit to burst so maybe they know something we don't.
